* No spectators under 8 (including infants) are allowed on the course. Junior golfers 5+ years old are allowed as long as they have their own clubs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full/Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tee time will receive a full refund to your prepaid customer account that can be used on anything at Glenmoor in the future, or a partial refund to the original payment method and Glenmoor will keep 10% to cover the credit card fees.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tee time are non-refundable. However, we may offer a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.

• No-Shows: Players who do not arrive for their scheduled tee time without prior notice will forfeit their payment.

• Weather Exceptions: If the course is closed due to inclement weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
